Howard H. Ran, J.D.

Howard H. Ran, J.D. is broker of record and president of Modern Property Services, Inc. He has been a licensed California real estate broker for over a decade and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Notary Public. He  supervises his team in the daily management and operations of over a quarter million square feet of commercial and residential space. By building long term and close relationships with investors, tenants and vendors, he ensures all parties involved with is not only satisfied, but they are also a part of something great.

With over a decade of experience of negotiation in property sales, leases, including negotiating complex commercial property sales, including residential sales and leasing, he is a power broker as his team is well equipped to handle even the most complex of real estate transactions in Northern and Southern California.

Mr. Ran is a Southern California native, born and raised in the Pasadena area. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and continued to further his studies. While working as a full-time real estate broker, he earned his Juris Doctor professional degree of law at Abraham Lincoln University in Los Angeles. Mr. Ran is eligible and will sit for the California General Bar Examination to become an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California.
