We utilize a streamlined and an automated rent collection process where there will be a tenant portal for any invoices and statements that they would like to download and print. Our accounting system is real-time and we strive to ensure accurate reporting to our investors and landlords.

By utilizing this transparent approach, landlords, tenants and the management company are always on the same page when it comes to on-time rent collections and reporting.

In the unfortunate event that rent is missed or late, tenants will be billed a late fee according to their lease agreement. We also work with local process servers, unlawful detainer law firms and collection agencies in the event that such services are necessary to expeditiously collect what is duly owed to the landlord.
